REVIEW: MAC PEACHES BLUSH

There's no denying my obsession with coral; everything from dresses to lipsticks is fair game when it comes to that gorgeous colour. Well a few weeks ago I added to my makeup collection my very first MAC Coral blush. Why this is so noteworthy you wonder, simply because MAC have the most amazing formulation of blushes and so now I have my favourite colour in my favourite consistency...a match made in heaven. SOFT PINK VALENTINE'S DAY MAKEUP TUTORIAL ♥

 

Now if you have been following Valentine's Week then you would know that already we have discussed Kissable Lips/Long-Lasting Lip Colour and Outfit Inspiration but now we are moving onto the makeup aspect. There are so many directions that you could in with V-Day Makeup but I chose a girly and wearable rose gold and baby pink look to share with you.

 

OUTFIT INSPIRATION: RED HOT VALENTINE

Chocolate love hearts, cheesy cards, roses everywhere and lingerie in every junk mail brochure...Valentines Day must be approaching. Now I personally am quite a fan of Valentines Day but I know that most singles dread it and this year I challenge you not to spend the day miserable! You don't need a man to make yourself feel special, dress to make yourself feel good and treat yourself to a nice lunch or some retail therapy on the day.
 

Inspired by this season of love, I have put together some outfit inspiration for both those of you who have a date night to go to or those of you who just want to dress up nicely and celebrate the day. I call this look "Red Hot Valentine" because it's based around a red and black theme and you are going to look extremely hot when wearing this.

 

BRONZE EYES, PINK LIPS AND A MONOCHROMATIC OUTFIT

So if you didn't watch my beauty swap that I did earlier last week then you wouldn't know that I received some beautiful makeup palettes that I have been playing around with ever since! I put together this look for an event that I had on the weekend and wanted to share the bronze eye and pink lips look I came up with. Included in this article also is the outfit that I paired with this look which consists of a monochrome theme so keep reading for more info on how I created this look and what I wore. 

 

REVIEW: ST. TROPEZ BRONZING MOUSSE

 

With aisles and aisles full of endless tanning options, it's easy to feel a little lost! First you have to decide if you want a mousse, gel, cream, mist or spray then there's options between gradual, instant or semi permanent. Next you have to decide what brand to go with in what price range and finally the colour; light, medium or dark. If that's not enough you also have to figure out a method of application; gloves, mitts, sponges or simply your hands. Let's just say this leaves us open to many potential tanning disasters...this is where I come in!

 

I'm here to help guide you through the confusing world of fake tanning and I myself have only just found my way. But it wasn't alone, it was with the help of one fantastic product that completely changed my perception on fake tanning - St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse.
