REVIEW: XO BEAUTY BRUSHES

I have had the privilege to try out some products from XO Beauty and I really wanted to do a review for you all on these incredible brushes. If you aren't familiar with the brand, it is a brush line that NZ beauty guru on YouTube (Shaaanxo) has created.

This set comes with four face brushes and is $80 or each brush can be purchased individually for $26. Obviously the better deal is to buy all of the brushes in the set as you end up basically getting one brush for free. Each of these brushes are absolutely amazing for liquid, cream and powder products making them perfect for applying foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush, highlighter and really any other face product you can think of.

Brushes Included:
Flat Top Face Brush
This brush is perfect for applying foundation and buffing in concealer as it is so dense. It creates a flawless finish as the great quality means that you won't be left with brush hairs all over your face and it's super soft
Tapered Top Face Brush
I use this brush for applying foundation in areas that are hard to get to with brushes that aren't tapered like this one. It's perfect for reading those areas in between your eye brows, on the sides of your nose and under your eyes.

Round Top Face Brush
A very multipurpose brush, I like to use this for foundation but it works really well as a blush or powder brush.

Angled Top Face Brush
I have found that this brush is amazing for contouring whether it be a cream or liquid bronzer, the shape of this brush allows you to create a sculpted but seamless face contour.

This set comes with nine brushes a mixture of both face and eye, costing $95. Same as the set above, each of these brushes are absolutely amazing for liquid, cream and powder products making them perfect for applying foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush, highlighter and really any other face product you can think of. I think this set is perfect if you're just starting out with brushes and don't really have many, as this kit provides you with every kind of brush you need. It's also a great set even if you do already own a lot of brushes and these are very multi-use and it's always handy to have more than one of the same brush on hand. Brushes Included:
Powder Brush
What I look for in a powder brush is softness and this xo Beauty brush definitely is one of the nicest feeling brushes on my skin that I have ever tried! It picks up both pressed and loose powder really well and evenly applies the product really well.

Blush Brush
Love this brush for blush as it created such a seamless blushed effect so you don't look like you have gone overboard with the colour.

Foundation Brush
I'm not a huge fan of these types of brushes for applying foundation but it's still such an amazing brush so I use it for cream bronzers when I want a really dramatic contour

Eyeshadow Brush
Great for applying eyeshadow to the lid or crease and helps blend and pack on colour really well.

Shimmer Brush
Perfect for highlighter, I just dip this brush into a pressed highlighter like my MAC MSF and apply to the tops of my cheekbones for a healthy sheen to my face.

Blending Brush
This is such a great blending brush that creates a gradient transition between your lid, crease and brow bone shadows.

Eyebrow Brush
Perfect for both cream and powder brow products; helps create a really precise and beautiful shaped brow.

Eyeliner Brush
This is a great brush for a soft and and smokey to dramatic and precise gel eyeliner look. Seriously so multi use and can create a heap of eyeliner looks depending on what you like.

Lip Brush
Perfect for applying lipstick but also a  really great brush for inner corner eye highlight.

So those are my opinions on the amazing XO Beauty Brushes! I definitely recommend checking them out, they are totally worth the money! You can see their Facebook page for more details and Website to shop! Perfect for us Aussies or New Zealanders as we can take advantage of the free shipping instead of having to pay a small fortune just to get the brushes to us from places like Sigma

* These brushes were gifted to me by xoBeauty. However, all opinions are honest and my own.

I've seen a couple reviews on these brushes and I really want the flat top face brush, but it is currently sold out on the website :(
I'll keep checking back because these really seem like great brushes!
