OUTFIT INSPIRATION: AUSTRALIA DAY BBQ

Tomorrow is Australia Day where we celebrate this beautiful country's birthday, most likely over a BBQ and a swim. Since this weather has been so scorching hot I thought it would be helpful to put together some outfit inspiration that will keep you looking chic but feeling cool if you have an Australia Day BBQ to attend. If you want to still look patriotic while also being fashionable then this is the perfect outfit for you.

Flowy Blue Hi-Lo Dress
Starting off with the main piece, a flowy royal blue Hi-Lo dress. This design is guaranteed to keep you nice and cool while still looking like you're wearing a beautiful dress. It's the best of both worlds; comfy and fashionable.

White Wedges
Pair the dress with a gorgeous pair of white wedges, keeping the patriotic theme while also being practical and cute. Wedges are much easier to walk in than heels, especially if the BBQ is out on the grass, and they add an extra little something to the outfit that flats don't.

Hermes Clic-Clac Cuff
A statement jewellery piece to match the wedges, this gorgeous bracelet keeps up with the white theme while adding a chic and luxurious element to the outfit.

Red Clutch
Finish off this outfit with a red clutch, it brings in the main red element of this outfit and besides, a red clutch is always a classic option.

Red Nails and Lips
Moving into the more beauty details of the outfit now, red nails and a gorgeous red lip really pull together this outfit and add the finishing touches. If you want to go all out then you could even create some beautiful Australian nail art with red, blue and white.

Whatever it is that you end up doing tomorrow to celebrate Australia I hope you have an incredible day! If it's a BBQ (most likely) then I hope that this outfit inspiration helped you out to look patriotic without tacky.

Thank you for reading!
