JORDY'S FITNESS 7 DAY GUIDE

So some of you may know that about a month ago I launched JordysFitness.com which is a website devoted to everything nutrition, health and fitness.I am no so excited to tell you all about my newest addition to Jordy's Fitness which is my "7 Day Guide"

This 7 Day Guide was inspired by all of the interest I received from you girls about myself loosing 20kg and going from a dress size 12-14 to 6-8. I decided the best way to let you all know how I lost all the weight was to create Jordy's Fitness "7 Day Guide".

Ohh congratulations I wish I had that much motivation! I don't think I need to loose actual weight, I just need to eat healthily seeing as I go to the gym anyway which makes a lot of sense haha xx
