MAY FAVOURITES

Welcome to June! But before we get into new and different products, I wanted to reflect on some favourites I had throughout the month of May.

This month has a good mix of a variety of products so read on to find out more about what I have been using on my face, nails and hair on the daily. Watch the video by clicking here.

There were lots of lip favourites this month including the cult classic MAC Rebel that I have been loving lately now that the weather has cooled down and it is beginning to feel like Autumn / Winter. If you are looking for a drugstore alternative that gives the same look then the Maybelline Color Drama Velvet Lip Pencil in "Pink So Chic" is the way to go. I often use this as a lip liner underneath Rebel since the application is so precise. Clearly I do things to extremes so despite loving that deep dark berry shade this month I also used the Urban Decay Sheer Streak a fair bit for a coral pop of colour.

As for the rest of the makeup favourites of May, my Maybelline Better Skin Foundation is making yet another appearance. I'm still shocked that I have found a drugstore foundation that I love without fault so to find out more you can watch a video that went up last week all about my favourite foundations. Urban Decay Ink For Eyes has been my go-to for easy and hassle free winged liner.

Eleven Miracle Hair Treatment is an all-in-one product so I have been getting lots of use out of it, whether that be to pat down flyaways, use as a smoothing lotion or leave in damp hair as a treatment. Coast to Coast Skin Illuminating Cleansing Oil has become part of my everyday skincare routine, working well to remove the days makeup, even heavy duty eye makeup. Lastly, you can't forget about the nails and mine have been bold and bright thanks to these beautiful 3CE Nail Polishes.
