HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE: SPLURGE EDITION

These are presents if you feel like going all out and buying a really luxurious high end gift without heading in the designer bag direction.

If you have a a little more to spend then these products might be good options priced at a couple hundred each. There are a few perfume options because if you are looking to splurge then scents are always an amazing place to do so. Then a few makeup and skincare items thrown in for good measure and options based on what the woman in your life is most interested in.

1. Comme Des Garcons Pocket Set  ($339)
Talk about being in luxury perfume heaven! This is a set that includes four of the brands best selling scents in deluxe miniature sized form. This is the ultimate spoil gift because you are giving not one but four luxe perfumes to give her variety and options. Plus chances are she is bound to love at least one of the four scents. You can read more about this product here.

2. Byredo Parfum "Blanche EDP" ($235)
This perfume is a little more risky since it is so expensive on its own for just the one and you will have to make sure she loves the scent. Maybe take her along to smell a few to give you an idea of which one she might like otherwise if you want to sunrise her, Blanche is one of their most popular scents. I am looking to invest in one of these perfumes myself so I do think that they are worth it as a one off luxury gift. You can read more about this product here.

3. Dior Miss Dior Jewel Box ($175)
To finish off the perfume row we have a beautiful set done up by Dior that features their popular Miss Dior perfume with a purse spray and collectors box. This is definitely one of the more affordable perfumes if you don't think she would like you spending that much on a scent then this is the perfect middle ground. You can read more about this product here.

4. By Terry Eye Designer Palette ($130)
This is one of the more expensive eyeshadow palettes on the market so if she is into makeup and you really want to spoil her with some colourful shadows this is perfect. By Terry eyeshadows are extremely high quality, pigmented and this particular palette has an awesome selection of colours. You can read more about this product here.

5. MAC Eyeshadow Palette
A brand that you can always rely on for amazing Christmas products is MAC and it is hard to deny the urge to buy these limited edition palettes. It is the perfect tradition to start because each piece acts as a memory from that Christmas that she can look back on. I love giving these sorts of products to my mum and sister. The Australian pricing is yet to be announced but it is estimated this will retail for around $150-$200. It is quite pricey but you are paying for MAC quality shadows and incredible one off packaging.

6. Lancome Absolute BX Creme Christmas Set ($295)
If you want to spoil the women in your life with some incredible skincare then Lancome is hard to beat! The pricing is pretty great on Lancome so I would recommend them for high results without paying a ridiculous $650 on one eye cream. Let us forgive the sheer volume of spelling mistakes on the listing of this product on Myer but you can read more about this product here.

Those are my high end gift recommendations for the holiday season. Some amazing scents, palettes and sets. I hope this has given you a little inspiration but if splurging isn't on the cards this season no need to worry I have a series of more affordable options in my previous gift guides (under $50 and under $100).

Thanks for reading!
