Yet another killer lip line from Maybelline. They better stop doing this to me or my lip product drawer is going to be even more out of control than it already is.
The idea behind this dual ended product is to create a blurred effect. You can apply the product in the centre of your lips then use the rubbery end to then feather out the product. This gradient finish gives a "just been eating berries" look which was really popular a few years ago and is now making a comeback.
Before we continue, note that this is a very photo heavy post. I love this because I think that the products speak for themselves in terms of concept and colour.
This range is just my cup of tea. These are so great I don't know where to start but the striking colour selection is probably a good first discussion point.
The ColorBlur's are 8 bold and fun colours that I love every single one off. From dusty pinks to deep burgundy there is a colour for every occasion. For the most part these are quite intense and bright colours so not perfect for everyday wear, especially if you have a preference for neutrals, but fun hues to play around with.
These retail for $17.95 each which is quite reasonable considering how long lasting and high quality they are. Not only are they affordable but they are also a really accessible item - being available everywhere that Maybelline is sold (including Kmart, Target, Coles, Woolworths, Priceline etc.)
