you are, and if the people around you are tearing you down rather than building you up, then it might be time to change who is surrounding you.

Be Your Very Best Self

Last but not least, you need to be your very best self if you want your confidence to rise from a 2 to a 10.
Ensure that you are getting enough sleep so that you feel good, ensure that you’re eating the right foods to
give your body what it needs, get that exercise in when you have got the time and so much more. In order
to be confident in who you are, you have to be the very
best version of yourself that you can be today, and
that might look different every day, but it’s important to be confident in yourself no matter what.
