SPRING MAKEUP TUTORIAL ♥ CORAL SUNSET

The other day on a warm and sunny Spring afternoon, I was suddenly inspired to play around with makeup and create a Spring look. I filmed it not knowing whether or not it would turn out how I had it pictured in mind but I absolutely loved the end result so wanted to share it with you all in the form of a Spring Makeup Tutorial called Coral Sunset! The reasoning behind the name is that all coral shades are used for the eyes, cheeks and lips but the most unique bit is that there's a gradient effect that resembles a sunset. The eyes are a dusty orange colour, the cheeks are a subtle sheen of coral and the lips an extremely bold coral lip, imitating a sunset where the sun is setting at the bottom and as you look upwards everything gets darker and more duskier. I hope I'm explaining it right and that makes sense? Anyway you all know how much I love my coral so any excuse to use a bunch of it in a makeup look, I hope you all enjoy! P.S This is also a great look for Summer but I decided to make this my Spring tutorial because I have a couple of better suited tutorial ideas for Summer :)

To get some Spring outfit ideas check out the Spring/Summer LookBook video and blog post I did.

REVIEW: INGLOT NEUTRALS QUAD

Polish made cosmetics company Inglot has a method of which you are probably already familiar with called their Freedom System. This allows you to choose the colours, quantity and arrangement you would like in order to make palettes personalised to you. I am certainly not a stranger to Inglot or the Freedom system having used it in the past to make palettes but when I was at IMATS and saw 30% off I just couldn't resist. I decided to make a neutrals quad, convenient for every day use with extremely wearable shades. Surprisingly I am thankful for the massive line at MAC that prevented me from buying a quad from them because it resulted in this incredible purchase of great quality shadows at an affordable price.

REVIEW AND SWATCHES ♥ NEW MAYBELLINE COLOR TATTOOS

Four new shades were recently added to the Maybelline Color Tattoo range, a mixture of colours and neutrals, all metallic. In this post we will be looking at these four new colours; Inked in Pink, Barely Branded, Electric Blue and Silver Strike. Inked in Pink is a dusty rose gold colour with a gold shine through it. Electric Blue is a deep royal blue with a bronze glitter throughout it so it gives a smokey finish. Barely Branded is extremely comparable to the MAC Rubenesque Paint Pot, it's a golden based iridescent creamy colour. Silver Strike can only be described as if you melted a silver bracelet and put it in a pot, it's a pure silver glitter.

REVIEW: CLEARASIL VITAMINS & EXTRACTS SCRUB ♥

If you remember back to a few months ago I created a "Day in My Life" post celebrating the launch of the Clearasil Daily Clear, Vitamins & Extracts range. I was also recently featured in the Clearasil "Look Good, Feel Good" book giving my look good and feel good tips. I am now here to share with you all a detailed review giving my thoughts and opinions on the Scrub from the new Vitamins & Extracts range.

The primary benefit of a scrub is it's deep cleansing abilities which allow the removal of dead skin, encouraging new skin cell growth for a soft and smooth complexion. Clearasil has now launched a new scrub to add to their line, this one is of particular interest as it is much more mild than others available and is part of a natural range.

REVIEW: LANCOME GENIFIQUE GIFT SET ♥

I know what you're probably thinking; why on earth am I worried about anti-aging while still in my teen years and the truth is that it's never too early to start and I personally find anti-aging skincare to be of the highest quality in comparison to general skincare. A lot more time and effort goes into formulating these miracle serums than it does a usual moisturiser so that's why I adore trying out anti-aging products.

No exception to the high standard of quality, Lancome is a leader in the anti-aging field, offering an extremely advanced skincare line which achieves exceptional results. Lets take a look more closely at two particular branches of their skincare; Genifique and Visionnaire, both of which are included in this particular gift set that I have.
