BENEFIT THEY'RE REAL PUSH UP LINER

While the Push Up Liner is a relatively new addition to the line up (no pun intended) of products that Benefit offer they are already adding to the range four new colourful shades.

These four coloured liners will be in stores worldwide from July 3rd with the choice of; purple, green, blue and brown. I have managed to get my hands on two of these new liners so immediately tested them to see how they differ from the original black liner and how intense the colours actually are.

Beyond Brown is a smoky neutral toned brown that I can see being perfect for days where you want a more natural eye look while still having definition.

Beyond Blue is best described as a navy and is the perfect colour for making eyes pop, bringing out the vibrancy of their colour and adding a unique dimension to the liner. Perfect when paired with a navy dress (pictured below how I wear this shade).

The pigmentation of these varies as the brown is quite buildable to an opaque shade while the blue is harder to achieve a solid line and at first glance looks quite black.
These pens have a wind-up base where product is then dispersed from a rubber applicator on the top. The applicator is slanted making application easier, especially for winged eyeliner looks.

These Push Up Liners will retail for $35 and be available from Myer, David Jones and Sephora from July 3rd, a little over a week away. Despite the price being quite a chunk of money, it's not too dramatic that way allowing you to pick up one or two colours without breaking the bank.

I think that they are a great novelty and I can definitely see my collection expanding to include more colours because they are a fun  and easy way to dress up a makeup look.
